Are my pigtails bad?
Pigtails fray a bit at the end of the pigtail rope; when new they are inside the pigtail rope itself but a couple sessions can make them poke out and show some fray out side the pigtail, this is normal. As long as you see no cuts in the loop itself the pigtail is fine.

My kite seems to be flying to one side better than the other
First check your lines and see if all 4 lines are equal when the trim handle is fully sheeted out or powered up. If lines are longer make up the difference via adding or subtracting pigtails. The recomended part number to solve this issue is
